Just wanted to make sure everyone knew you could do this with the Passport Escort. All you have to do is change the mode from Auto, Highway or whatever you have it set to V. I measure 12.5V when the car is off, about 13.6 when it's on.

 

My Bel does it too, it's a good way to check your alternator.
