Any suggestions on buffing out or touching up a small paint chip? The base coat is still there...its just the high-gloss finish that is slightly chipped. I haven't the slightest on how it happened, but I noticed it the other day while washing my car. I have the touch-up paint, but not sure its worth trying to touch-up if I can just buff it out.

Anybody with a similar experience with Nissan paint jobs? Which one works better?

i would try to buff it out first with a high speed buffer
or if you do not have one take it to a detail shop and they
should be able to do it for you. in my past experience touch
up paint ends up looking worse than when you started.
