Has anyone in the NY, Queens, LI area know of a good not too expensive body shop that can repaint my bumper? and how much?

I want to repaint my bumper due to all the scratches and stuff. I think putting those bumper guards that you see people doing doesn't look good and this is what I have to pay for.

Does excellent work and deals with Mercedes, Porsches and stuff of that nature. I've seen pretty messed up Maxima's come out of there looking like nothing ever happened. Had my friend 2002 BMW 330ci front bumper aligned and painted for $350.00 since it got a little hit from another driver. The match was perfect and everything came out great.
