I gotta order a GXE ac trim and variable intermittant wiper stalk from him. Guess I'll be doing that soon.

I have never had a problem with Courtesy, and they are not crap. I actually think there better than any other dealer in texas for there support in parts and sales. Plus they have been on the boards for years, and sold us better discounts than most other dealers can do anyways.

Calm down there Russ, Dave has hooked us up many of times

and he should be recognized for that, I understand that Courtesy has been here for a while and given us some deals, but the more hook ups the better.

The parts department and sales have never treated him bad, only the service. That is NISSAN service, what can you expect? He needs not to blame it on the whole dealer if it was just service.

Both are good. Courtesy is good since they offer aftermarket parts. They've messed up 2 of my 5 orders from them though. Dave is 4 for 4. He's much friendlier too. He was the first dealer in America to provide AE parts.

I agree. The only time I ever dealt with Courtesy was a phone call when the AE maxes came out to see if they could order parts for me. They blew me off. One call to the very friendly Dave Burnette and he was doing everything possible to get them - and get them at a fair price. He could have easily gouged us at first since he was the only one providing them, but he didn't. I also know that I can callhim any day of the week and he will answer any question I have - even if I don't order something. If someone has a specific incident with Courtesy to warrant the comment, then so be it, but just because they've been around longer doesn't make them necessarily better.

Courtesy screwed up my one and only order from them. Ordered the GXE ventilator assembly (aka din radio trim) and got the SE version. THANKS GUYS!

Lookie. Why is David holding that pen like he's doin' sumpin', but at the same time posing for the camera? Does this mean when we call and he sounds busy, he really is not?

well considering all the stuff that happened to me at the service and sales department when i first bought my car.
Courtesy Nissan can go to hell.
Except for a few individuals there.
Like Kaleb, Wic, Bryan, and some others.
But especially that bald headed mother f*cker in service..
He can go to hell and rot.

Just venting.
I usualy don't have beef with people.
But when you push me over the line.
You're lookin for trouble
