Whats this

sensor for? Its installed in the stock air intake of a 2k just infront of the airfilter and next to the transmission dip sticK. Just educating my self on the what and how things work with this car.

it is the ats or air temp. sensor.

in front of the air box is the ats. next to the trans. dipstick is the ats. its in the scoop. your maf is in that location because of your injen cai. if hes stock which im guessing he is, its the ats which is located in the stock scoop in a 2k-2k1. the ats in 2k2-k3 is built into the maf.
