Last May I came out to my garage to see a puddle of red fluid on the garage floor. Took it in and had them change the transmission cover gasket, under warranty. Yesterday I came back into the garage and again another red puddle. I took it in this morning and they want to charge me for it. I told them that it should be covered under the 60k engine/drivetrain warranty, and they told me that they are unsure if I will be covered. I am now waiting to see this afternoon if they are going to try to charge me for something that they fixed once, that is still under warranty. There is 53k on the car.

Anybody else have this leaking problem?


Back from the Dealer. Again it was the gasket which they fixed for free.
