Lemon Law covers Headunit?
I, along with a lot of other people, have been having problems with the Clarion headunit. I am waiting for my 4th one right now. Anyone know if this problem could be under a lemon law violation? I know my car is still under warranty (only 19K miles on a 2k3) but it is fairly obvious they cannot fix this problem. I was thinking about a class action law suit, but I do not know how that would work. By chance is anyone here a lawyer?

i dealt with the lemon law on a chevy truck i had owned, and unfortunately the radio is not covered by the lemon law. according to the law it has to be a life threatening problem.. if you can proove that it is connected to your security system therefore the possibility of the car turning off after the radio malfunctions you got a chance otherwise just buy an aftermarket head unit and deal with it. aftermarkets sound better anyway

Yeah, I think it has to be a situation that makes the car undrivable.
There was a post here on the org about some Max owners who tried to use the lemon law for the pinging thats common in 3.5 VQ. But they lost in arbitration.
****es me off cause I'm tired of my Max pinging...
So, I highly doubt it it would work for the Bose...
Btw...my Bose hasn't worked properly from day 1.
