Have any of you adjusted your HIDS?

I see the plastic screw type piece sticking out but have know idea on what type of tool to use to adjust. If i can have my HIDs just aimed a tad bit higher where i can see farther down the road and where its not making other people crash that would be the perfect setup.

And once you guys tell me which tool , do you turn the adjuster 1/4 turns at a time?

Thanks.

This may sound dumb but which way do you turn the screw to go which way?

Would it be wise to adjust your headlights once you lower your Maxima?? I have some TEINS that I'm going to install really soon.. But i don't want my night vision to decrease.

I just finished adjusting my headlights after my tein drop, its counter clockwise facing the front of the car to bring the beam up. someone else also said that you use a 10mm, that didn't work i ended up using a 5/8 and it fit like a glove on the plastic adjusting screw.

Come on guys lets get i right?!?!?! hahah

My passenger side was kind of a pita because there was this big fat wire right in front of the adjusting screw, i just forced it out enough to get the socket on. (i'm quite the machanic i know).

KilleR2002se I know you have H&R's could you measure 3 feet from front of your bumper from a wall and tell me how far your HID's are from the ground. Cause all I did once I put my 2k2's in my 2000 is raised them then lowered them till people stop flashing me.
