there is post last week or two about this. do a search
I think the people who own frankencar has a day time job. to contact them you have to call 5pm or later and you have call their cell and e-mail don't work. good luck

thats all youve been waiting its been about a month for me i am about to file a cc chargeback,
frankencar has so such customer service if someone who can actually make the same products they do and provide better service they can run these ppl out of business
