digital climate contol question
Just wondering if I can replace the climate control unit in my 2k max with a digital unit from a 2001! I know our cars are completely wired...ie pwr seats...fog lights, but are these 2 units different? anyone who could take a pic of the back of their unit would be appreciated!
I don't think it is that easy. I had my dash under speedometer out recently and it has a temp sensor there with some wires and an intake hose. I am sure it is related to the auto climate control. Good luck though.
I don't think it's possible because the automatic climate control unit has various sensors around the interior of the car in order to function. Plus, the wiring is different. It may be possible, though, amd may take some time and many other parts to install.
if you have a 2000 maxima with climate control and your trying to put a 2001 climate control it should just plug and play if you trying to go from manual to auto you will need to make a new wire harness and add sensors inside and outside
