Does anyone have a picture of the eyelids CTi_2003 made? Or any others made for a 2k2-2k3 Max......

 

He never had them made.....long story...people got stiffed, including CTI ....

 

I could have made a ton of money, had I made the "I bet this falls through and he has a long story" bet...

 

Yeah it turns out that he wasn't making the eyelids, but someone else that he had paid was. (first lie) Then when that guy ripped him off he said something about loosing 2 or 3K. I don't believe it, but he said that he would "pay" everyone back. (second lie) I do beleive I got stiffed $50 by a 19 year old. I don't think one person has got their money back. I just don't beleive we're getting any money back, just because he lied about the whole process. No wonder he never had any pics of the product because he was never doing them.

 

IF eyelids were made what would be the best material to make them out of?

Thick vinyl? Fiberglass? Urethane?

 

These were going to be made out of 5 or 7 layers of fingerglass, but he said he couldn't get them to fit perfectly.

 

I thought the guy made 'em for Sentra ppl who were satisfied? Who knows..never gonna pre-pay some noob again

 

I thought I was the only one that felt this way. Everyone was getting down on me for bashing this guy... give him a break.... he lost money too... blah blah blah.

I too thought HE was making the molds when at the end it turns out someone else was making the mold (or so he says). I don't expect any money back either.

wildmanal, exactly man, that's exactly why I did not give him any money. When there were no pictures at all throughout the whole process, I knew something was up. It all seemed too fishy, and it's a damn shame that he hasn't owed up and paid people their deposits back. Hosers like that don't belong with the masses...

 

I still want eyelids, could someone e-mail VSmax pictures to Maxmojo @ paradox and see if he will make them for us. It seems like its a lot of demand and he came through for us on the chrome guage rings.

I recently started messing around with fiberglass... Does anyone here have a old set of 2k headlights (condition not important) that I can borrow to try to make some eyelids from. I have leftover material and I am willing to rty this out! THen I'll take your money! lol
