i bought the KYB GR2s and installed em tonight. only took like 3hrs alone. i love these things!! big time difference. i would definately give a to anyone considering these.

Will, what is your overall impression of them? Are they harder, softer, offer better control, etc.. I think my rear shocks have had it. They get very sloppy when anyone is riding in the back seat (even a 110lb Vietnamese guy). I have been riding on Maxspeeds for almost a year now. I love the stance and feel but have never been happy with the way the stockers performed with them.

Oh yeah, one more thing, did you take any pics before you installed them? I would like to know exactly how the spring mounts at the top and if they come with any kind of rubber gasket to hold the spring in place. My Maxspeeds ate through the rubber gasket on the stock struts.
