So ticked, wish I was in your position

My car got totalled over a month ago and because I live over 350 miles away from my parents (source of money for car) it is taking me a long time to get a new car. However, I've already narrowed it down to a 2000 SE 5-spd. I'm very excited and I thought I'd be getting it this weekend but again, the whole thing has been delayed until Thanksgiving. I can't wait to get the car!

Buy my car! 2000 Maxima SE 5spd. Sterling Mist in colour. 67,000 miles on the odometer. Loaded with black leather - just had all the coils and brakes replaced.

Actually its about 90% certain that i'll be getting a single owner black/black, loaded 2000 with 45k miles and new brakes (rotors and pads) and tires for less than $17k.

I think that sounds overpriced. A year ago I bought a 2000 SE, so it would be like buying a 2001 now. It was $15,300 with 37k odo. No leather, but still... So comparitively there is:

2000 SE loaded 45k miles for $16,900 or
2001 SE loaded minus the leather and 17" wheels, 37k, $15,300.

Anyway just check around to make sure you're getting the best price Locally somebody was selling a 2002 SE (no leather, but had 6 speed) with 9k miles for $16,900. I damn near wanted to buy the thing.

It's completely mint (except for the front bumper which has got quite a few stonechips - typical). It's always been handwashed. Mobil 1 synthetic every 5,000 kms, rust checked annually, leather cleaned and treated 5 times a year, interior kept spotless. Completely stock aside from a K&N panel filter.
