lets be nice now ..he means to find the answer to your questions, next time use the "SEARCH" function...there have been many many threads about this subject..also check out the FAQ section at the top of the index..

as for the ride on Progress....to me the springs are not stiff at all..if you ask me, its close to stock...the drop is real subtle...have had my springs on for about 3 months now and still no complaints
