frankencar intakes.....K&N VS. Apexi filter
If i get the k&n will it have the same sound? And also if i get the k&n can i, in the future just add and apexi filter? Or are they made with different fittings?

The K&N comes with a 3"pipe adapter that mounts directly on the Frank midpipe. The Apexi requires an adapter which the only person I know that sells it is Frankencar. The sound should be very similar between the filters. I am not sold that the Apexi was any better than the K&N. When I switched from FrankenCar to Injen, I also went from Apexi to K&N. I am happier now.
