I just swapped my clutch with an ACT. Love it. Took about 4 hours.

1st time? Pain. If you have done it 2-3 times, it's alot easier.

Anything is a pain if you dont' know what you are doing.

But from my experiences with a Camry 5-sp, the maxima is a piece of cake compared. But then again, I've done 4-5 clutch jobs on various maximas

It wasn't too bad. You do need to lift the front end off of the ground. A tranny jack is helpful but you could get by with a floor jack if you have help. Make sure you replace the CV oil seals.
