need link to install frankencar intake
1. Remove the bolts holding the stock air box in and the support bracket on the strut tower.
2. Loosen the clamp on the MAF.
3. Remove the stock airbox with MAF attached
4. Loosen the 10mm bolts holding the MAF to the airbox
5. Place the MAF and o-ring off to the side carefully
6. Disconnect the breather line from the resonator box
7. Loosen the clamp on the Throttle body and pull the rest off.
8. Put one silicone coupler on the throttle body( it helps if you lube the edge with some chapstick or dab of vaseline first), then clamp it down.
9. Put one silicone coupler on the MAF, also lube that too, then clamp it down
10. Using the STOCK MAF bolts, attach the adapter to the MAF and tighten in a criss cross pattern, make sure the o-ring is in there.
11. Attach and clamp the filter to the adapter.
12. Insert the tube into the rubber coupler on the Throttle body side and clamp it down
13. Attach the MAF and filter assembly to the tube and clamp it down.
14. Attach the bracket to one corner of the MAF adapter plate and then the other end to the hole on the strut tower where the bracket for the stock airbox was using one of the shorter stock bolts.
16. Make sure all connections are good and tight
16. Start car, feel that power

I have a feeling that if those directions do not work for you (posted by Tim01)...you should probably get either the workshop manual for your car or at least a Haynes manual for the Maxima at your local auto store, which will help you identify the components mentioned above. Once components are identified, Frankencar installs in about an hour (including removal of the stock air box)...
