i called in today because my u bolts were broken and they just shipped out a new set of hardware for me today and said i should receive it by monday...i just wanted to say how good their customer service is...didnt even ask what happened just said yes yes yes and sent me new hardware...good job there

 

They always try to do the right thing in the quickest way possible. That's a perfect company, IMHO.

 

How did you break your u-bolts, might I ask?

 

Brian has emailed me whenever I bought one of his products, and not a generic boiler plate either. Once, his shipping company (he farms that out) shipped the wrong thing. He called me personally and appologized, had the right thing the next day.
Brian cattman is a class act.
