Courtesy vs Stillen FSTB
#1
I just slapped on the Stillen FSTB, after having the Courtesy FSTB installed, and I believe I see a difference.
It has been said the two FSTB are the same but the appearance is differnet.
I think the Courtesy bar makes the car more twitchy. I think this because you adjust the bar to keep the strut towers more close together, then you tighten it down. The Stillen bar you tighten it down first, then install the bar itself.
I might be imagining things, but I got more responsive steering from the Courtesy bar.
I still notice a difference with the Stillen bar. I think the Stillen bar looks better (IMHO).

In summary, I'm saying both improve handling over stock. But, the Courtesy bar seems to add more twitchy, or a touchy feel than the Stillen. This means when you jerk the wheel left or right quickly, the Courtesy bar would do it more quickly.

I had the "for sale" sign up on the Courtesy bar for the past two weeks....and only a couple 5th Gens were interested.
I sold the Courtesy bar to a guy (in California) which had a < 2000 model.
I'm keeping the Stillen FSTB.
