my buddy has a y2k maxima and im looking around for performance parts for it,my question is do they even make anything yet? i know the previous gens. have a small amount available but im not to sure on the y2k's,any help on this would help out alot.thanks.

Yeah they make some parts... Almost every bolt on is available. Forced induction is available. Aero kits and so forth are available. the 5th gens have a pretty decent market.

Go for the oscai (see my sig) and a y-pipe if you want moderate gains. Big gains, stillen s/c. For suspension, eibachs or gc coilovers, fstb and rsb. There's a couple terms you can search on.
