01 AnnivEd. rim finish?

Anyone know what type of finish these rims have. It looks like the
titanium ed. color in pics. Is it painted?

Sorry but it's a kind of paint!!! More like a kinda PowderCoat. It contain lead so they're not supposed to sell them anymore!!

Mine are scratch!! Damm tire boy at the dealership!
Bought it used so they was already like that but I'll got aftermarket one this Spring!!

They are painted a bright silver and clearcoated. They look polished.
