i have a 2k fed spec 5speed maxima with injen cai and wpsd y. okay, now my car has a problem stalling when in neutral
. here is what happens. i floor the car (only when i floor it does it create this problem), and when i finish, i put it into neutral. the rpm needle drops fast all the way down to zero. i dont know what the friggin problem is, but im hoping somebody has an idea. maf? or........ throttle body? or..... etc. please help.

Definitely try cleaning the throttle body. I had a stalling problem with my 2k 5 speed. A little different circumstance from yours, but after getting rid of the k&n and cleaning the throttle body, I haven't had a problem since.
i have 40xxx k miles. what kind of injector cleaner? fuel? so it is definitely not a maf problem? any recommendations or tips on cleaning tb? do cheap stuff work as good as more expensive tb cleanerS? thanx
I used generic tb cleaner from autozone. Cleaning the tb is a pretty manual process. You want to get in there with a towel and clean everything you can get to. The edges of the tb plate will probably have a heavy carbon build up. I think that is what causes the stalling because it disrupts the airflow when the plate is mostly shut. Don't forget to change or clean your air filter too.
As far as injector cleaner goes, I used a bottle of the techron. It seemed to help. Lots of people have been suggesting the BG44 stuff. I was going to try it next time.
