How Bright Do You Keep Your Radio/Climate Control Lights?

Do you all keep the switch that controls the interior radio/climate control lights as far right as it goes? I find that if I keep it just before the limit it looks fine, otherwise the radio/climate control lights are too bright. Do you all feel the same way?

I keep mine just bright enough to see the display at night. I don't like the glare if there is to much light.

I drove two years with it all the way right, now I just recently changed it to "just before the click". I think the lights are too bright when it clicks in. I don't know how I kept it "click in" for so long. It's much better now.
