Is DaveB still around? And is he still at a dealer? I may need some OEM parts and a knowledgable parts guy.

He's still around, but if I remember correctly, he's not at the dealership anymore.

I just talked with David Burnette last week. His number is 888-254-6060 @ South Point Nissan.

Will do Dave. Matbe you can answer a quick question. I am going to add heated mirrors to my Max, but I am curious if I buy the Nissan mirrors if they come painted. If not, I think the rear painted covers come off? Also, if I do buy the mirror assemblies, do they come ready to bolt on? I mean with the glass, etc? It appears that all the wiring for them is there, but I have my multi-meter and I am going to test for power at the mirrors today. If you could give me a guesstimate on what the mirrors go for, that would be cool. Thanks in advance.

The painted mirror covers come off, the mirror assemblies are $149.70 a side. I'm not completely sure, but I think you may be able to just replace the heated glass itself- if that's the case, it's $45.72 per side.

Thanks a ton. If you can find out if I need the glass or the whole mirror, that would be great. Then I'll give you a call and order what I need. I am guessing that if I need the whole mirror, it will come with the glass.
