RX-8 Owners get to return their car because of HP issue

I just saw on "Power Block TV" that mazda is buying back any RX-8 because of false HP numbers advertised.

What ever happened to our HP issue?

This is really old news, but your point is pretty valid. I think any sort of reimbursement would be pretty sweet.

I thought they were just giving extended warranties and a small cash incentive. Was there a lawsuit or something that persuaded them to change that?
