PIAA vs. HIPERS

i would jus get the HIPER brand bulbs i have tried both and there is not much of a difference, plus u can find these on Ebay for about $15 to $20 and if they break u can get another pair and still pay less than getting PIAA's, there is not much visible difference and the HIPERS come out white with a slight blue tint, so its about the same, jus telling you what i think.

I just installed the PIAA H4 Super Whites 2-weeks ago. I paid $65 at my local performance shop. I'm definitely happy about the color change of the PIAA vs. stock. The visibility is slightly enhanced, but may be just that the light reflection on the road appears more white than yellow. I'd go for the Super Plasmas if your more interested in "crowd appeal" than visibility. I have not tried these, but nobody even notices I changed to PIAA's unless I turn on the stock fogs. The Plasmas will probably turn more heads if that's what your interested in.
