Exhaust note

I know I only have the 3.0l engine but I love the exhaust note on the new 350Z, G35C, and FX35. The exhaust notes of all these rides are very similar and quite attractive IMO. Is there any way I can get this sort of sound coming out of my tailpipes of my stock '00 SE?

I have had many people say that the GReddy Evo on my car sounds just like the 350z. The wife and I were watching the new 350z video. When it was running through town at WOT she said, “That sounds just like your car". The 3.0 and 3.5 might sound a little different but I’m not sure.

The first day I got my max the ricers were frontin on me. I had an integra, a civic and a TL rev at my shiny new max. I wanted to blow them away but I didn't wanna hurt maxine on her birthday.

Hah.. I guess I don't get any love in the city. Maybe it's all the cops I've seen around here lately.. I had a cop flip a biitch on 19th 2 nights ago at like 1:30 in the mornin and then follow me for 3 blocks, and then another cop did the follow and bounce thing like 5 minutes after the last one left me alone. All this about 7 minutes from my house. I was like WTF?

Will this give me a good sound? I like the look of it over the stock rectangle thingy and I would rather have deeper sound coming out of the tail.

I don't want to spend a lot of money and am looking for a cheap alternative.

OK, I want to get something that will make the exhaust note of my car have a sound period. When I rev the engine all I hear is the engine itself. I like the way the 2 exhaust tips come out of the tail and I don't want to get a muffler with only one. If I get the flowmaster 60 series will that give me a good sound with the ability to have 2 tips come out the back?

Or would this be a better option, with this give me good sound...

http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/m...reetseries.htm

I want to spend less that $300 including installation. I'm somewhat interested in performance gain but not so much as I want my car to have a sort of deep sound to it, not to much, but some sort of sound than nothing at all.

What should I get?

Powertech 1012, as I have said. It is everything you want and it costs ~$100 online. Install cost me $35 at a local shop.

Powertech is the best IMO, the note is perfect
not too high, not too low, just right.

Considering we have different displacement engines, do you think the sound will be effected? I don't want it to be too loud. Powertech says 30-35% gain in sound, will that be too loud? I don't want to stand out, I just want to make it have a sound.

The PowerTech has the perfect sound to it, I have one and I swear up and down that it sounds like a 350z under acceleration. Its not real loud at all under normal use, and it is in no way ricey sounding. It makes no diff that you have the 3.0, sound will be the same.

I don't want much resonance in the cabin, I definitely don't want a drone, I just really want to mimic the sound of the G35C and the like.

Where can I get a b pipe?

And why am I getting different answers to this?

I put a cattman y-pipe on and it sounds a little more throaty. I think i need the cattman or frankencar B-pipe with the stock muffler to get the sound i want.
