Maybe this is what you're trying to accomplish.

You're welcome. I have not done it bacause I don't want to rewire anything on my car. I like everything the way it is.

maybe by installing higher wattage bulbs because there's no way to make oem blinkers blink brighter

Search a bulb manufacturers catalog (Sylvania, GE, Osram, Phillips, Wagner)
And find a higher wattage bulb. Thats about the only way u can go brighter.
Word of caution tho, too much can burn out sockets fixtures and wiring.
I think you are talkin the 7440-7443 series and you may not find any other wattages.

no, i dont want them to blink brighter, i want them to br brighter when they are not blinking, like th 4th gens maximas can do when u rewire them. like so that the corner lights(blinkers) stay on as bright as they are when they are blinking

OK you are talking about using just the 23watt filiment in the bulb and not the dimmer 8 watt. By adding some 12v relays you could do it. Am I on the right track?

Well that is basically what is done on the flashing corners. Perhaps that could be done with what you are talking about, i just dont know how. Not sure ive seen that one on the org either. I could do it with relays, about $5.00 ea and about 15 minutes to do each one.
Prolly somebody else will post up that can help you better.
