Can anyone give me some feedback on Custommaxima.com --?

Looking to buy some goodies there, and just wanted to know how anyone's experience with them has been.....customer service / reputation?

I have some bulbs currently shipping from them. Seem good to me. They are a sponsor on here so I am sure they are pretty good. That's all the feedback I have right now.

 

I got a license plate cover from them, fine.

But, they had a promotion w/ free decals, I never got them. I e-mailed them many times, no response. So, when it comes to 1 on 1 customer service, I give them two thumbs down.

 

i've had alot of experience w/these guys and i can say that i can't really complain. Their shipping department screws up sometimes, but after i called them on the phone, the issues are usually quickly resolved.
p.s. I've never tried to e-mail them, i've always figured that i'd get better cust. serv. through a phone call.
