I bought 3 cans last friday but I haven't used them yet. I'm still using my POS that I'm trying to sell as my daily driver instead of my Max.

From what I hear, the best thing to do when using the BG is to pour it in your tank just before you fill it up. I'll let you know what I think.

Yeah, I bought 2 cans last week. When I need to fill up I'll let you know how it works.

Not many people know about it? BG is one of the most respectable names in the automotive business. BG44k is the best fuel system cleaner on the market. I've used it for 13 years with great results.

I bought a can after I read about it in the other thread the first time around. My car has 32k miles on it, so I figured what the heck.

I think it rocks...my car breaks the tires loose in 1st gear if I punch it...and that's from stop or rolling. Chirps hard in 3rd again like when I first got it...and I'm rollin 18's.

I did install a UDP recently too, so that probably helps as well, but overall it's been a great experience.

That's because most consumers don't know about it. It's mostly sold to and used by dealerships. I just bouoght 2 cans yesterday, one for my Maxima and the other for my Camaro.

I used this stuff a couple years ago on my RX7 and it worked wonders.

Does anyone know if I can also use this stuff on diesel engines? I've got an old Merc 300SD that I think could benefit from this. Thanks a lot.

Yes you can. On the can it says when added to diesel fuel it will provide quick clean-up of coked fuel injectors. It is compatible with all fuel systems.

This is absolutely the best thing for the fuel system short of a total fuel system cleaning...noticable difference (compared to other POS cleaners).

I just ordered it too. I was gonna wait until after it arrived before I started asking questions. I figured the instructions on the can would answer most of my questions.

I got a free can at the local performance shop. I walk in and see 2 cans sitting on the counter and I ask how much...he says free and I say ok. They ended up being samples that someone brought in. You just use one can right?

ALL of these questions have been asked and answered SO MANY times! this "no search" deal is starting to get on my nerves.

for those of you who are too cheap to donate (so that you can search yourself) here are several thread that have beat this stuff to death:

etc, etc, etc!

I've heard nothing but good things on this product so ordered a couple of cans and poured one of them and topped off the tank. I also didn't tell her that I did it just to get a totally non biased report. After she had used over 1/2 tank I asked how the car was running, still not letting her know about the additive, and she said, I was going to ask you about my car as is sure has a lot more get up and go from a stop. She wanted to know what I did to it. I also drove it and there was a remarkable improvement in acceleration. I have not calculated the gas milage. the car has 38,000+. I and my wife highly recommend this product. Its the cheapest tuneup you can get that really works.
