02-03 rear Axxis pads

I know this has been covered many times, but I never really followed any brake threads. Are the 00-01 REAR axxis pads the same for the 02-03s? If not, what other options do I have?

No they are not the same. I ordered Axxis MM's for the rear on my '03 from eatricezone.com and he sent me ones that fit the 00-01's

Stillen makes a nice set for the rears on 02-03's. Go to their site to see/order. That's what i have on rears now and they work fine with my powerslot rotors.

2k2nyc, we live in the same town and basically have the same maxima.org screenname. What colors your car? Im the black max with tints and im asian. So im real easy to spot.
i need to get new brakes and i went to meineke on northern. Got a new quote for 4 rotors and new pads in the rear. they said 770 and i said no ****ing way. Fellow org'ers told me to check out eastern motorsport for some powerslots rotors. The groupdeals ran out of stuff for us 2k2 people.

Hawk doesn't make rear pads for the 02-03 year yet. I have Hawk pads up front, but they don't make rear ones yet or I'd be using them too.

I'm white, with a black max w/ black tints. I already bought 4 poweslots from a GD held by soundmike. I also have front hawk pads but I need rears before I go ahead with the install. Hawk doesn't make rears for our cars, but I know axxis does.

If you're interested in the powerslot GD, a set of 4 for $345 shipped, search the GD forums for soundmike's GD. Otherwise, if you wait a day or two, I can probably get you the phone # of the contact who was working with us on this deal.
