SERVICE engine LIGHT on @ 66k

My service engine light just came on about a 1 month ago. It's NOT blinking, rather its just staying on steady. I have noticed NO mechanical problems or anything out of the ordinary. Hence, I'm assuming its an 02 sensor or something along that line. ANY SUGGESTIONS will be greatly appreciated. Especially if the suggestion are accompanied on how to replace/repair.

well I would suggest getting it read somewhere. You can't fix anythign until you know what the problem is...

I fully agree with Zman. You need to know whatthe prob is before you can tshoot it. If your gas mileage sucks then its probably an O2 sensor or something like that. Mine just came on too at 50K and engine had no drivabiltiy issues and it was misfire on cyl 6 and pri ignition failure. (go figure!)
Bottom line without the rambling: Get it read somewhere so you know what you are facing!
