found car on blocks this morning

hey wassup org.

after a long semester, i came home last night for winter break.

this morning, i found my car sitting on top of a cinder block. some **** decided to jack one of my wheels. it's not like i have rims either. they stole only ONE rim, from the rear passenger side.

to add to that, they stuck the cinder block under my splash guard and it got crushed.

so, i am here to ask fellow 2002 maxima owners if there's anyone who's willing to help a brotha out by selling/donating me some stock rims.

all i need is one. so if there's anyone with stock rims lying around, willing to sell them, please let me know. post here.

thanks guys.

Fish is right,
However I would make sure it is a nissan wheel.
Some knock-off copies are for sale there, so read the fine print.

Wow. Same exact thing happened to my Max (02 Maxima SE) 2 months after I bought it in winter 2002. Only the rear passenger wheel was stolen, but instead of a cinder block, my car was sitting on top of a piece of wood. Insurance covered the cost of a new wheel/tire from Nissan. Get this...the dealer charges about $950 to replace one wheel/Potenza/mount/balance/install. Good thing I only had to pay the $100 deductible! Since then, I've gotten a Compustar alarm with extra tilt sensor, and TWO different sets of wheel locks.

Sorry about your loss. I know how you feel.
Sucks how some people just can't stand to see others have nicer things than them.
Damn thieves....

i got a whole set or rims and tires. the rims are from my old 97 max, they are the basic crappy hubcap rims, but the tires on it are brand new and barely got any miles on it. i am not sure if they will fit, but if they will, i'll be willing to make you a deal, i can feel your pain bro, its sorry that people out there have to be jealous enough to do this to other people...

What's the point of the wheel locks if they don't work?

or just take your wheels with you!

keep some blocks in the trunk. when you get home, take off your wheels and take them in.

no wheels = no worries!

So, wheel lock don't work, I away wanted to buy a set. since the oem are only 21$, but nevery got to it. How do install I them just screw on with a lug wrench or use torque wrench and torque up to 80lbs. (or use a impact wrech!)
