Help with Idle Control System

Where is the Idle Control System located at? Is it between the TB and MAF? I hear sounds like the butterfly valve is open and air is bring sucked in. My car stays at 1500rpms during idle when shifted in park and neutral.

right at the throttle body. Take off the intake and you will see it. You may want to clean your TB while your there....not a bad idea

Are you talking about the IACV? If so it is UNDER the throttle body opening.

What I would do is relearn the Idle Air Volume Learn. That might bring the idle back down. If not, then take it to the dealer.
