Remus Exhaust?

Hey eveyone, I was just wondering if somebody has installed a Remus twin "turbo" exhaust on their maximas, and if it sounds any good. Supposedly its supposed to idle quiet nicely, and when you accelerate its supposed to sound something similar to an m3, which I would really like.

Basically I'm looking for an exhaust that looks good (I would like a twin square shape, nothing big and circular like the evo 2), is quiet when it remains still and going at low speeds, but has a nice, low, powerful sound to it when accelerating hard. I would also like to be able to hear the intake alittle bit. Anybody know an exhaust for an 00 maxima like it? Or better yet have sound clips of the remus? Thanks

EDIT: Take note this would be combined with a place racing intake.

That would be pretty weird. Because Remus is for BMW. It's like putting a frankencar exhaust on an Audi.

I figured it would be messed up somehow. The only reason how I found out about it was on ebay I was searching for "maxima exhausts" and it happened to come up. O well thanks for the second opinion

I think I'm going to get the place racing cai and a frankencar exhaust

Actually Remus is Not made specifically for BMWs. Although more targeted towards German cars they have applications for a whole lot more. I had a Remus axle back on my max.

I love the way Remus exhaust sounds. I haven't heard it on a VQ35 Maxima yet, but I heard it on my Contour SVT and have heard it on a BMW 535 before...

Sounded absolutely wonderful!

The guy selling it on ebay has 2 pics of it installed on Maximas. One's a 4th gen, the other is a 5th gen w/a Stillen kit, maybe the owner is on the org? Those sound clips of the 3 series BMW sound pretty good.

If any of you guys want to hear what it sounds like go to their website

www.remus.at

than go throught the whole flash intro and go into sounds, its over there (no option for a maxima but you can hear what it sounds like on a few cars)

The Remus exhausts sound nice. It is too bad they don't offer anything for our 5th gen Max.

They do...you just need to have their muffler added to your rear section...

Yes, the Remus is a very nice exhaust, Juice had it on his car, i took it from him but had to take it off because of kids... I still have it if your interested for a good price, its not more than a month and a half old. PM me for more. But you will definitly enjoy the sound... WWW.autoaccessorystore.com , for the info on the exhausts.
