For the same price, why get dropzone when you can get Tein? I haven't heard about dropzone, but one thing I know for sure is that Tein is

Search is down, so I'll help him out:

Tein drops 2.2" in the front, and 1.6" in the back. It is basically a very even drop, but most people seem to have a very slight "forward" stance, where the front is just a tad lower than the back. This looks very aggressive, and I haven't read any complaints on this forum about the "evenness" of the drop. As you can tell, I have Teins and I love them. I have heard absolutely nothing about Dropzone springs on this forum in my relatively short time of posting here. That tells me 2 things: 1) Dropzone springs aren't popular, and 2) Dropzone springs are not popular for a reason. What reason? I'm not sure. But I do know that Teins are popular for a multitude of reasons, as are the more common springs that people use on this forum.

Cliff's Notes: buy Teins and sit pretty.

Besides sitting pretty, how rough of a ride are the teins? i had eibachs on my accord and they were awesome compared to my old coilovers(never again). I'm used to a rough ride, but I don't want one anymore. it hurts too much. plus it's a maxima, not a little ricer farting down the road. i'm not going back to eibach either. i know there has to be better. is there anything more comfortable than tein that offer that kind of drop? i won't need a camber kit if i do something that low will i?

you do have a point...whats the cheapest place to get teins, do you need alignment with them and a camber correction kit?

Enough said.

The Teins ride pretty rough the 1st week or so. I think I just used to it or my @ss got softer but it doesnt bother me Btw-I also got Toks. I would strongs recommend any1 that lowers their ride to get struts.

Teins are not that rough the first week.. not as rough as you would think, at least. Best place to get them is SouthWestAutoworks @ $169 shipped, all day.

Teins can run upward to $190ish. I got mine to the door for $170 back when they 1st came out. Id say a good price for them now is between $150-$175. It is possible to get them cheaper but not too simple to come by. Just keep an eye out in the group deal forum.

It will be bad, and you will look like a bouncy ricer.

Look man, here are the 2 scenarios:

You buy springs. You take time out to install them on stock shocks. The ride is OK for a month. Then it gets worse, and your shocks blow soon after. Even if they don't blow, your ride is bouncy as all hell, and you look stupid from the outside looking in. Bounce, bounce, bounce... You get tired of it, buy shocks, and reinstall them with your springs... OR...

You buy springs AND shocks, install them together, and live happily ever after with your Maxima.

What sounds better? Also, if you are planning on having someone install them for you ($$), you would be paying for the installation twice with your plan, instead of just once with mine. Your choice.

Oh mybad, I didnt see the question about the ride. I say listen to LithiuMax, just like ive posted b4. Just wait and get the struts with the springs. The OEM struts do not have enough dampening force to control Teins (or most any aftermarket spring for that matter) You'll be hopping all over the place.
