Maglite Mod Bracket

I want to do the Maglite mod for my Max but where can I get the bracket. I looked in stores for the Maglite but didn't see any bracket. Is it hiding inside?

Go to Home Depot or Lowe's or Hechinger (not sure what you have in Chi-town....they are in the flashlight aisle for a few dollars (pack of 2...you only need 1 for install, so use the other one in the trunk for a 2nd maglite)...

I got mine at Fleet Farm (midwest). You might try Target or Wal-Mart. IIRC, I think I saw some at one of them....but they are kinda hard to find.

Here is what you should do. Donate $20 to the .org and gain access to search engine. Here is what I've found under "mag lite".

Thats strange because when I bought mine from lowes they did have the brackets. Check again in a couple of days, and don't even ask the clerks because chances are they won't even know they carry them.

My HD had two types of mount brackets, plus a belt bracket for it too!

Honestly, I found that it wedges in there better without the stupid bracket. Just slide it back a bit further and it rests just nicely.

PS- They are on sale WITH 4 D batteries right now for $16.88 at Home Depot.

They were selling the 2 Flashlights and 2 brackets for $27.
I was going to buy it but I had no money with me.

Dude, you need to donate $20 to the forum to get the answer to that question.

30585- putting a maglite in your car, people call it a mod for some reason.

just bolt 2 brackets down somewhere. I've seen them next to the drivers set, etc. I've installed a bunch of them for friends before, but they've always had the brackets. I've seen them at the local Pay-less/Rite-Aid. Sporting Good stores would probably have them aswell.

Also the whole searching thing..... searching = server busy, so knock it off.
