Why was this moved? Last I checked this is a 5th-gen forum, and that thread is addressing the poor-quality paint on my 5th gen, not to mention the too-short mudflaps! Just because someone mentioned "wax" doesn't mean it should be sent to the maintenance forum! I am looking for a solution to the problem, which has nothing to do with car maintenance and has everything to do with the design/OEM paint of my 5th-gen max. Damn i send a donation to the .org and my thread gets dissed. that's cold.

How is this any more "maintenance" related than a thread on painting brake calipers?!?
