Injen Cia

Hey everyone, i just got my 2000 max se 5 spd after leaving my 1995 nissan 200sx. That car was good to me, but it was time to move on. Im lookin at mods for my maxima and I have been reading around in the forum. I already made my first mod being brembo d/s rotors because it was time for the brake service anyway. Im lookin at getting the Injen CIA for the car and maybe the greddy evo2 exhaust if the funds permit. Anyone know where the best prices for these things are? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what mod i should do before the intake and exhaust??

hmm......CAI and exhaust are for power upgrades. If you are really into powering up your car, u should get those. But if you are looking for handling and the appearance of your car, u can go lowering first and get those strut and sway bars to improve your handling. Because the conbined cost of CAI and EVO can be over 700. In that way, u can get a really good suspension system to improve your car's handling.

Good place to get injen and evo are:

www.adventon.com
www.optauto.com

these 2 places had reasonable price. Otherwise, u can just wait for the group deal or reqest one.

hope this helps

glad to help, but if it was more "common knowledge" I think you'd get more business.

I try to get it out there every so often, but all maxima.org members get discounts from us on just about all we carry. Give us a call if you have any questions.

Yeah, i went with suspension on my last car before power upgrades, and I had wished I did power upgrades first. I'm not all into the looks of the car, i just want to see the looks on their faces in my rear view mirror saying, "crap i just got beat by a four door!" SO if there are any mods anyone knows about thats a good hp gain for the buck, let me know please. Also anyone know any good maxima performance shops or nissan performance shops in the austin area?
