Problem please help

i got my max wit a rebuilt title it was crashed before it had soem problems but i had the guy fix it all there are only three problems that seem to not go away.

1. my starter is really messed up when i go to turn on my car it goes like arrrgagagagag n takes a couple of times to get it running

2. my engine has a weird hig-pitched type of noise like not deep v6 noise this just happened lately

3.probably the biggest problem-- whenever my car reaches high rpm's or is at a high speed for some time and i stop the car will just stall [its an auto] the steering wheel n pedals lock n the car stopps i still have radio and air n stuff but it just stops wherever it is its happened a lot

anyone know what i can do please lemme know thanks

1. Starter teeth worn or missing, chipped/missing tooth on flywheel, bent flywheel, torque converter flexplate rubbing on flywheel, loose bolt in flywheel, starter motor itself is defective...

2. No idea, you need to get a tech with a "listen box" to pinpoint the location of the noise. Possible suggestions would be an accessory drive whine (belt slipping, pulleys chirping), maybe a vacuum or intake leak.

3. Torque converter is not unlocking? This usually shows up as a stall condition when driving on the highway for awhile and then coming to a stop. Also maybe bad coils (usually sets a CEL), or, when returning to 0 throttle the idle air bypass is not opening, causing a stall.

I'd take it back to the guy who fixed it. None of the above problems is going to be cheap or easy to repair. Find out what damage was done and what was rebuilt. For a car to have a rebuilder/salvage title means the insurance company totalled it, well, at least, most of the time.
