I don't know anything about a pre-order that I have already placed with a particular vendor for a particular brand-name STS.

This particular company has been away for the holidays and should be back up to full speed by the end of the week.

Again, I know nothing....

I don't know anything about a guy saying he didn't know anything about a pre-order from a company he didn't know anything about.

What's the scoop with this studman?

They are in product testing right now... awaiting final release and shipping from the manufacturer. I'd give more info, but there's not much more to give at this time. No price info, availability info, or installation info. It is from B&M.

This is GREAT news. I've been waiting for this ever since I got the car!

For 00-01's 5speeds, wasn't the B&M the same as the Stillen and Pacesetter, or how did that work? Anyone remember?

The B&M blows away the Pacesetter. I put one in my 97 and I like it MUCH better than a max with the Pacesetter. The pacesetter felt really mushy compared to the B&M. I just got word today from the owner of B&M that these are getting put on the back burner until they are able to fix a linkage problem they are having. No release date at all anymore on these.

Just when I thought I had a new mod lined up, oh well. When they say back burner, how far back are we talking? Are they still actively working on it or they going to ignore it until some yet to be known data? Hopefully, not the latter.

My car, which is a 3.5. SE altima 5spd was supposed to be getting a newly released short shifter this week. BUT the first few that were shipped out to customers were bending the shift linkage or something of that nature. So in saying that they are recalling what they have sent out offering a full refund and stoped future orderes of this mode. In saying this, If they made one for my car, they will have one for yours soon. It costed only 130.00 at SWA. If you go to their website, they have a picture of it.
