How can i know if my pad are crystalized?

How can i know if my pad are crystalized?

i bought some new pair of pads ?
i have had them for bout 2 months with some new set of brembo rotors

they still squeal ... and squeek and low speeds

are they crystalized?
and how can i know by lookin at them

Are you hard on the brakes or drive a lot in heavy traffic? If so the pads/rotors may be glazed over due to heavy use. Try taking of the pads and sanding them down a little with some fine sand paper and hit the rotors the same. Don't go to town but enough to clean off any surface residue. Good luck.
