What to do?

Dealer told me he wont do it because its too complicated and in most cases they dont work after they do it...wtf?!

Suggestions are welcome please

 

Holy crap, the dealer of all people told you that he won't replace it? I don't even want to know how much a replacement climate control module is...

 

ok i have the same problem but only the left side is out. dealer told me the same thing "bulbs cant be replaced, it is a sealed unit. LIAR! i opened mine myself, just a few screws. the bulbs are all fine. im pretty sure it is just a short somewhere but dont know enough to figure it out.

 

I think TimW or maybe it was Colonel had that problem and fixed it easily.

Does anyone have a good description on how to get to the climate control system to remove these bulbs? I have a bulb out as well. Do I need to start by removing the console at the shifter? I am not sure where to start disassembling. I don't won't to take apart way more than I need to.
