Sfc Questions.....about To Purchase.

How much ground clearance do you lose with the stage one SFC from warpspeed?

What kind of shop does this install, I know it needs to be welded and I don't own one?

Is the stage 2 necessary for the average car, or is it something made for autox?

BTW I already have JIC FLTA2,FSTB, and RSB

first off, I myself tried to get the SFC's...problem is Warpseed had fitment issues with stages 2 and 3 and as a result, they wont produce any more until they get a 2k2 or 2k3 in the shop to make the proper adjustments

you should do stage one now since it will need to be welded onto the subframe. I had issue w/stage 2 & 3 when I had them installed. The installer had to modify the connectors 'cause they were wrong in size (lengthwise) and clearance was also an issue. FYI: I had created a thread for this topic...do search under 'SFC'. Good luck!

hey vmax, FYI you are the sole reason warspeed won't produce these anymore....because of that fitment issue...now they are waiting until someone steps up and volunteers their car

That's a good business practice! Someone should volunteer their car for the stage 2 & 3 SFC's. The improved ride (stage 1 only) and handling (stage 2 & 3 stiffen the chassis which make the car more neutral and comunicative to the pavement) will be greatly enhanced. It's well worth the money, IMO.
