Thanks! I just picked up a pair today at home depot. The p/n on the ones I picked up was the same as Igor's: Malibu #ML11P2.

So does that mean cut out the pieces to have a 3-3/8" diameter then? Can someone show me a picture of the "tabs" you made in the clear piece?

just trace the orange lens onto the the lens cover you bought. just make it a tad bigger or it will be too loose once you try to put it in. there are three tabs that hold the lens in place. then there are three nubs that stick out a bit. this is where you need to make the three notches in the lens that you cut out so it will lay flat against the opening. it also prevents the lens from turning so the lines will stay matched up with the lens above it. you will mostly liekly screw the first one up. i sure did but after that you should be good to go.

use the cutting disk...as close to the edge as possible....then when removing
the orange lay on top and outline and sand to appropriate size

Way to go, I have plenty of those discs. Time to open the lights for a second time and maybe wipe of a little smudge that I left in there during the DDE install. Since I planned to open the lights for a second time, I thought what the hell and decided to search through the Depot again and this time I struck gold.
