20mm spacers in front

Am I asking for trouble? I have H&R spacers. I am plan to put them on sometime soon.

I also have 25mm ones for the rear which are DRM types, which I plan put on soon also.

This depends on the offset of your wheels, but most likely it will cause some rubbing. This isn't a huge issue up front, but in the rear, the tire will rub on the metal fender lip. I had this problem a while back due to spacers. It really messed up my tires in back.

My offset is 47mm and the width is 7.5"

I was asking more for the stress level that this will cause if any. I am thinking this won't since H&R spacers are hub centric. But then I never know.

Simple solution, and yet I somehow don't buy your argument Maybe someone with cash lying around maybe. But I am not that person. I want to work with what I have.

If you think I am asking for trouble please elaborate why. I am having trouble seeing the problem here since H&R ones are hubcentric.

You have 47mm offset rims. You are planning on using 25mm spapers. I think your new offset will be 22mm which is way to extreme. You wan to stay between 35 - lower 40s offset. So to answer your question, will not work

Hmm, my question wasn't whether the spacers will work or not. I am pretty sure they will since I did some measurement. With this set up I should still have about 5mm to spare. My question was whether if these will create more adverse stress in any way.

Hubcentric means that the wheels or spacers or whatever are centered on the hub. When you buy a set of rims they usually come with hubcentric rings, aka hub rings, so you can center your wheels to the hub when yoou mount.

You might double check your calculations because I did not get 18" Volk w/ 30mm offset because they wouldn't work. I had to roll my fenders.

What width was the rims? 8"? 8.5"? Mine are 7.5", which gives me plenty of space.

Any other opinions? I read somewhere small offsets would give more stress on wheel bearings. Is there any truth in this?

Thanks!
