I didn't even notice the car was still with stock suspension. I think this kit will really hug the ground with some of our dropped cars!

Ok shipping for the front bumper is going to be anywhere from $125 (west coast) to $150 (east coast). You guys got it easy...shipping to Canada $210 an up. I have not asked about direct pick-up for locals or if someone from the east wants to drive down and pick it up hehe.

The cost is in my hands, but the shipping price is going to raise the price back up. It's roughly working around $275 for the front bumper plus shipping. What do you guys think?

Harry
So are you saying its gonna be 400-425 for just the fiberglass front bumper shipped??

How is it that the 2k2 2k3 can use the kamikazi/ninja front bumper and so can 2k and 2k1 but the octane wont work on the 2k/2k1???? what the he!!.

Hold on...I never asked if we purchase for a GB...I asked how much my cost is on one. PearlWhtMaX2000 just filled me in on that so i will be calling and finding out if I were to get 6-10 bumpers, how much of a discount will it be...sorry. As soon as I find out, I'll post the price.

As for the 2k1 fitment, look closely to where the hood meets the bumper by the grill...our grill is right up against the hood, where in the pic it shows a bit of bumper then the grill.

Sorry man. I guess Im having a hard time reading today

Im starting to like the front bumper more and more.

So if you have a 2k 2k1 there will just be a little bigger gap from bumper to hood? or will it not fit at all?

Damn, that is nice! I think I'm going to go with....

This front bumper
2k2 stock side skirts
AE rear

If the price is right, it is urethane, and I can keep the stock grill and side markers, I am in.

Actually, screw it... I just want to keep my stock grill.

Two more questions...
1. Does it come with the fog lights for that price? I am guessing not, so how much extra will they be? I love the amber ones.....very Skyline-ish.
2. Does it come with that mesh stuff or is that extra?

It think those are indicators, which I forgot to ask him if he could give us a deal on them or even maybe incude them in the deal. As for the mesh, I'll ask.

Ok...prices will be mailed to me by Monday...Steve at JT is working on the prices 1-5, 6-10,etc. and assured me that he will have the pricing by then.

Mesh is included

Indicators are extra...$50 <----eeek I asked for a better deal!

2k2 grille is bolt on, no messing around

Muffler and that weird tip, $90

The question regarding 2k grilles...the 2k grille is larger (taller) than the 2k2. On the 2k, the grille trimming goes right up to the hood, where as on the 2k2 there seems to be a 1.5-2" gap between the hood and the grille. For 2k owners, we will have to buy a 2k2 grille to fit the opening of this new bumper, or custom make your own...

More info and updates later (Monday)

The rear is growing on me, but it is still a bit too extreme for my taste.

I'm still worried about ground clearance in the front though, especially being lowered almost 2".

Those interested in getting the 2k2 grilles and emblem please note:

I have approached DaveB about setting up deal on grilles for those of who will need them:

2k2 grille
5 or more = $130.05 + shipping (roughly $6-10 UPS Ground)

2k2 emblem
5 or more = $22.47 (he did not give me a quote for shipping - but he can probably place the emblem in with the grille)

So if we get 5 or more for the the grille with emblem it will cost $152.52 + shipping.

Later,
Harry

Just an update:

Email from JT:

Urethane is still in the works and release date on that is pending due to difficulty with the mold process. If you have any more questions, let me know. Thanks

can they add the side markers before they finish the kit? i think it will look silly if you keep the factory rear bumper w/ sidemarker, and have no side marker in the front...my .02

Apparently the molds are done, they are just correcting some areas that are causing problems for fitment.

I'm assuming the exhaust has to be modified to make use of their muffler tip? Or can the exhaust remain the same? It's def. growing on me and I def. need a new bumper right now. Hope the urethane bumper gets released soon.

Hey guys,

I actually have gave them feedback regarding the rear, but that style is becoming their signature marking...

I tried so hard to get pricing from him...but he did not budge. He said not to worry, that he will call me or email me as soon as it gets done.

Well you will most likely have to do something to the exhaust, or they have their own, $90 for everything including that funky tip

Pearlwht - I actually got some really good priced for the fiberglass stuff too, and it'll be somewhere around 15-20 bucks less for the front bumper, and somewhere near $75-100 less on the whole kit. Hoepfully that caught some of your attention.

urethane is the way to go though, and I hope it will be released soon.
