Fender Repair

I rear ended a pickup truck last night at a slow speed; I hit his ball hitch with the front (pass. side) of my bumper and it put a golf ball sized gash in my front bumper.

Anyone have any idea of how much this will cost to replace? Ballpark? It's a 2000 SE.

you wont need the whole bumper, just the plastic piece on the outside which technically is not the bumper. i would look at a salvage yard and see if you cant find a max that doesnt have front damage, that may be hard though.

I got a small hole punched in my front bumper in a parking lot. I think it was a bumper hitch. Body shop charged around $600. Remove, repair, paint and reinstall. I don't think they replaced the bumber cuz it was only a small tear. Looks great and no more chips on the bumper. Hope this helps a little. Good luck on the repairs.
