Clear Sidemarkers Stolen!!

I'm so pi$$ed off right now.
I just got out of work and all 4 of my clear sidemarkers were stolen, bulbs, harnesses and everything. I've only had them in about 7 months. I guess someone was scoping my max out in the parking lot.

I taped up the wires and put in my stock ones for now.

This really sucks, Now I have to go out and find the harnesses and connectors. How much do you think they go for?

This happend in Florida

some of the clear markers come with sockets and bulbs, so you just splice the wires into those. imo cheaper then going to dealer to get the sockets... actually, way cheaper.

mine did anyway.

Call up some junkyards in the area. If they have it they should be cheap.

I called a number of junkyards and had no luck finding sidemarkers. Besides, he's already got the OEM markers.

Hey RocketMAX - Sorry to hear. Did they mess up your paint around the lens? It's pretty easy to do with nothing but a flathead and a couple underachieving brain cells leading the way.

I feel you man. I got just one of mine stolen though...the passenger side. Something or someone must have spooked them so only one was stolen. I''ve taken the rest of them off and put the stock ones on for the meantime. Hate freak'n thieves!!!

I guess I got lucky there was no paint damage at all and that they didn't take my HIDs. Last week I installed some hella ballast and Philips bulbs in my stock housing.

If I get another set I'm going to etch my initials on them and if they ever get stolen again and I find them someone is getting their A$$ kicked.

Now that I think about it there was a black 5th gen at the light when I turned into my job yesterday.

They tried getting to mine as well, but I caught them in the act. Sort of boogered up my paint in a couple of spots, but at least I got to lay a minor beatdown on the idiot who was trying to rip them off...

Sad, man we just cant have anything nowadays without fear of it being vandalized or stolen. Some lazy SOB did it and I strongly believe what you do comes back to bite you as*, I've seen it happen multiple times!

OMG, I work at a hospital in Pontiac where the hospital parking lot is right across from this ghetto little neighborhood. I work nights, so the car is in a nearly empty lot from about 7:45 at night to about 8:00am, right across from these decrepit houses where things are always going on, and am sooo scared that I'm gonna come out only to see my rims or my xenons stolen!! Nothing like seein your stuff on some '83 POS rollin around

I bought my maxima in May and just now starting to add mods. I just ordered my markers yesterday from custom maxima. I didn't think I would have to be concerned about anything like that until I got around to something more expensive like rims.

That's pathetic. Stealing a cheap or common thing is wrong.
