H&R vs. Tein H techs!

H&R vs. Tein H techs!
Im in the market for some new springs. I've narrowed it down to H&R's and H techs. H&R drop is 1.3" front/1.0" rear. H tech drop in 1.6" front/1.0" rear. What will give the most even drop? What are the ride/performance differences between the two? Lowest prices? Help/ opinions would be great.
